Sounds like a barok iPod.  I think Steve’s pushing the envelope a bit on this one.  Still, Apple stock rose right after he announced it, so he must know what he’s doing on some level.  Been scouring the forums and it seems that people are actually interested in buying the thing.

I’m not one of those people.

I can’t even buy a new Mac because I don’t like how they redesigned the track pad.  It’s a good thing these Macs last a long time, because I think I’m sticking with this one for a long time.

I need to figure out some things with the business.  Suffice it to say that the economy is being difficult and couldn’t leave me well enough alone!  I need ideas!  I want my head to light up like it’s being flooded by Dolan lighting!

I do have a few things up my sleeve, but I’m pretty dubious about the whole thing.  The operation just seems a little too good to be true.  Will have to do more work to cover all my bases.  Of course, it’s nothing big, but hey, money’s money.

5 Step Program

  1. Calculate how many grams of protein you need.  Go to bodybuilding.com for the calculators.
  2. Calculate your daily calorie requirements.  Eat less than that amount.
  3. Figure out how many calories grams of protein are there in your staple foods.  Read the labels, use sparkpeople.
  4. Consume the amount of protein you need, avoid all other stuff.  Vegetables are okay.
  5. Be Ripped!
  6. If this doesn’t work, I will post GF’s diyeta tips!!! SUREBALL!!!

Here’s how *MY* “diet” looks like:

The New Orleans Saints are going to face the Indianapolis Colts in two weeks after beating Brett Favre and the Minnesota Vikings in OT, 28-31! Up next, Peyton Manning!  Yeah!

Actually, I was rooting for the Vikings being that I’m an Adrian Peterson fan, but hey.  Top two seeds meeting in the Super Bowl.  Can’t complain with a match up like that.

Makes me wish I actually knew how to play football.  I played a little back in grade school but that was more of just tackling people left and right with no purpose.

Been researching on how to lean up for the upcoming Century Tuna Superbods competition (YES, I WILL be joining) and I tell you this thing is complicated.  There are more figures involved than when getting an insurance quote.  I tell you, you need an accountant when you try to figure out just how much protein you’re supposed to eat every few hours, and a chemist to tell you what foods have the macro nutrients you need.

The worst thing?  It’s not sustainable.  You can be lean permanently, but to keep the six pack on?  Impossible.  Live for the moment, eh?

For some reason, people really like Barney Stintson from the series How I Met Your Mother.  I don’t get it.  In real life, the guy is what women would call a jerk, and what guys would call.. well, let’s not go there.  For some reason though, Neil Patrick Harris pulls it all off.  The cigars, the cheap tricks, he makes it all work.

That series should be called Doogie Howser is awesome.  Because he really is.

Anyway, when I get home, I am going to lift weights!  I’ve told my GF often enough today, so now I’ve got to follow through with it.

With the earthquake rocking Haiti, the place is a mess right now.  If you guys have any money to spare, find it in your heart to send it to Haiti.  I hear PayPal is waiving their customary fee for money transfers if you give to a Haiti Earthquake relief operation.

If everybody does their part, it’ll really mean a lot.  Of course, don’t give if you don’t want to.  We don’t want to be communists here.

Business is doing okay.  Could be doing better, could be doing a lot worse.  Considering the economy, could be doing MUCH worse.  I’m not satisfied, though.  The GF insists I’m a hard-worker but I disagree.  I haven’t really sat down and thought through how to make the business better.

In any case, I know that I’ve got to get people who can push the products better.  So if there are people interested in jobs in sales, just let me know.  Maybe we can work something out.

Actually, if I really sat down and streamlined things, a lot of people are going to lose their jobs.

Been seriously thinking about redecorating my house.  There’s a lot of new stuff I’ve been seeing around that could really help pimp my place up.  For example, the GF has got wireless everything at her place.  I want something like that.  Wireless keyboards, internet connection.. a huge LED TV.  Throw in some KVM switches for the consoles, and I’m all set.

Unfortunately, it’s not my house.  I doubt that the rest of the folks would share my redecorating plans.

So the Posh Spice Victoria Beckham is the guest judge for the first episode of this season’s American Idol.  Frankly, I don’t get it.  She can’t sing.  If the camera adds 10 lbs, she needs more camera’s on her.  Seriously.

Anyway, it SHOULD help with the ratings.  I mean, I have this feeling my blog will get a few hits just because I blogged about Victoria Beckham on American Idol and put it in bold.  That’s how the internet works, is all.  I wish I knew how to monitor the stats on this blog, though.  Would be more enlightening.
