I’ve never liked the restaurant Cyma, ever.  I’ve eaten there twice, and the food was terrible both times.  Yesterday though, it was awesome.  It’s now on my list of staple restaurants to go to when in a pinch!  Maybe it was the GF’s company, but it was GOOD.

My suggestion would be the pork souvlaki.  The pita bread is supposedly very high in calories, but it’s worth it.  The meat itself is grilled, which is always a good thing.  It could’ve been better, but hey, it wasn’t bad at all.  If you’re really watching calories though, I suggest you stay away from Greek food.  They drown their stuff in olive oil.  Great for the heart, loaded with calories.

You want EFAs and DHAs?  Take a fish oil capsule.

If you ask me what the best weight loss supplement would be, I have a simple answer for you:  Bottled Willpower.  Seriously, that’s all you’ll ever need.

I see all these people throwing away their money on fat burners and grills and whatnot, when all it really takes is a little common sense and the willpower to follow through with it.  Granted, I don’t have the body of an underwear model (yet), but I’ve got some experience with weight loss and what it takes.  You won’t find it in a serum or a pill.  It’s just moderate eating, with an active healthy lifestyle.  Hell of a lot more sustainable, too.

Ever since I’ve started “dieting” (I place quotation marks around it because it’s too good to be a diet, really), I’ve experienced a lot of good things other than the weight loss.  For one thing, I’ve got a lot more energy.  It seems weird because in theory, less calories would mean less energy, but I’m just bouncing off the walls.  I’m sure it’s something to do with glucose timing or whatever.

Another benefit is that my skin has been pretty clear ever since I tried laying off the oily stuff.  No phisoderm or any other acne treatments for me, man.  So basically, I feel good, and I look good.  BEST DIET EVER.

I’ve been seeing a lot about alli weight loss pills on the net these days and it makes me wonder if that stuff really works.  I’ve lost a lot of weight over the years but I did it the FUN way, eating healthy and getting some exercise in.  However, I won’t discount the fact that if these diet pills DO work, they’d be a huge boon to weight loss.

Lately, I’ve been focusing more on replacing my carbohydrate sources.  For example, instead of eating white rice, I have taken to eating fruits instead.  My refrigerator is now stocked full with apples and oranges.  The way I figure it, same carbohydrates, more fiber.  Works for me.

I’ve gained quite a bit of weight the past few weeks (around five pounds, to be exact) and it’s gotten to a point where it really bothered me to actually get on the scale.

It was pretty terrible thing to see since I was actually trying to LOSE five pounds.  Since then, I’ve been lifting weights and watching my carbohydrate intake, and I have lost around 2 pounds.  Overall, I’ve still got 8 more pounds to go before I get to my goal weight.

The whole lifting weights thing, I’ve figured out a way to keep myself motivated.  I’ll talk about it more in my next blog post.  You won’t find this kind of advice on quickweightloss.org, mates.
